A propos du module / About course
Le caractère international du Programme de Master en Economie Générationnelle et Politiques Publiques avec les interventions aussi bien de francophones et d’anglophones, ont poussé l’équipe pédagogique à introduire le module de Business English. Ce dernier, au-delà de permettre aux auditeurs de surmonter la barrière linguistique, se veut un cadre de mise à niveau. Ainsi l’opportunité sera offerte aux auditeurs de rafraichir leurs connaissances en grammaire, vocabulaire et conjugaison et surtout de développer leur communication orale. Mieux, ce cours mettra un accent particulier sur l’Anglais économique et l’Anglais de l’Economie Générationnelle.

Nowadays, English has become a key tool in the professional environment as well as in Research activities. Then, the objective is to give to the Master’s Program in Generational Economy and Public Policy Auditors, the opportunity to be familiarized with this tool. In fact, beyond helping auditors to overcome the language barrier, this module will help in their English level updating. So, they will be able to refresh their knowledge in terms of Grammar, Conjugation and Vocabulary in order to reinforce their oral communication. Furthermore, special emphasis will be put on Business English and Generational Economics English.
Prérequis / Prerequisites
Les notions de base en Anglais sont fortement recommandées.

Le module de Business English a été introduit dans le programme de Master pour permettre aux auditeurs de se familiariser avec la langue. Les objectifs ci-après sont poursuivis :

Démarche pédagogique / Pedagogical approach
Le cours se déroulera sur 20H dans une démarche purement interactive pour permettre aux auditeurs de réussir cette phase de mise à niveau. Il s’appuiera sur des exercices pratiques (texte à exploiter, puis présenté par les auditeurs, des exercices (grammaire, conjugaison, traduction, production de texte en Anglais entre autres, listening etc…). Un support sera mis à la disposition des auditeurs. Ce dernier sera structuré en trois parties :
Partie 1/ Révisions Générales-Grammaire-Conjugaison-Vocabulaire
Partie 2/ Textes à exploiter (portant sur leur domaine d’expertise)
Partie 3/ Anglais économique et Anglais de l’Economie Générationnelle

The course total volume hour is 20 and will be delivered in an interactive approach to help auditors benefit from this updating step. It will be based on practical activities (text to be used, then presented by auditors, exercises (grammar, conjugation, translation, production of texts in English, etc.). A course material will be sent for each session. This will be structured in three parts:
Part 1/ General Revisions – Grammar – Conjugation – Vocabulary
Part 2/ Reading – Comprehension and Oral Presentation, Video Watching and listening
Part 3/ Business English and Generational Economics
